Concept — where partnership meets community — a real grassroots effort

Mission: the Consortium attempts to establish a comprehensive community empower paradigm (CCEP)

Purpose: To develop and provide a platform aimed at expanding and managing identified community risks, that are aligned with the accepted emergency management core principles.

Concept: Sage Intergenerational Mentoring Program Project fosters collaboration efforts to address the following principles, by utilizing the following objectives:

Form partnership with city-wide mentoring programsPlanning and Preparedness
Neutral Gender
Multilingual intergenerational accredited non-conventional 24-hour childcare facility
Enhanced Integration of Women’s Center which includes Women’s Army Corps Veterans
Intergenerational Mentoring
Citizens re-acclimating back into society
